Here are the requirements for signing a Sprint National Volume Program:

• Your company agrees to activate a minimum number of Sprint PCS accounts. National Volume Programs are available even for a limited number of devices.
• Maintain your discount by ensuring the number of Sprint PCS accounts you've committed to are activated and maintained within the grace period.
• Discounts apply to Monthly Access Charges including base plans, features, and more.

Sprint National Volume Program discount may not be used in conjunction with certain other promotions or rate plans. Subject to business credit approval and withdrawal without notice. Sprint National Volume Program discount is only applied against eligible Monthly Access Charges. To participate in the Sprint National Volume Program, participants must enter an Advantage Agreement for Business with Sprint for a term of at least one year. The advantage agreement describes the applicable terms, conditions, and restrictions associated with the National Volume Program. Eligibility for the National Volume Program discount is limited to corporate-sponsored accounts and customer employees who participate in the Employee Advantage Program by executing an Employee Purchase Agreement or consumer Sprint PCS service agreement. Some business plans are not available to individual employee accounts. National Volume Program discount amounts are based on the number of accounts activated under customer's Sprint account hierarchy. Restrictions apply.
