If you're authorized to make changes to your corporate account(s), you can chat with a live agent (Mon-Fri 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Central time, excluding holidays) to request up to two account changes. These include:

  • Request a device swap — activate and start using your new replacement or upgraded device.
  • Request a device flip flop — switch service with another device.
  • Request to change username — update the name that appears on the invoice.
  • Request to change add-ons — update the features or options you want to add or remove from your plan (Roadside Rescue, Messages Unlimited or Canada Roaming Option to name a few).
  • Request a Voicemail Passcode Reset — change the passcode used to access your voicemail.

To begin chatting, select the “Sign on” link on the previous page, complete the required form fields and click the "Initiate Chat" button.
